Agent Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Agent collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the webpage ("Page").

Personal identification information

The Agent may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit their site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources the Agent makes available on their Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit the Agent's Site anonymously. The Agent will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-personal identification information

The Agent may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with their Page. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Page, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers’ utilized and other similar information.

Security of personal information

When personal information (such as a phone number) is transmitted on the Agent's page, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

The Agent strives to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Web browser cookies

The Agent's Page may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Use of collected information

The Agent may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

The Agent may use the personal information you send to them for their marketing purposes if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails and text messages at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link or texting "Stop."

If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email, or User may contact us via our Page.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Data protection

The Agent only shares information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

The Agent adopts appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information and data.

Deletion request rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that the Agent has collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Upon receiving and verifying your request, the Agent will delete your personal information from their records, as well as direct their service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.

(4) Free Speech and Legal Rights: To exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law. (5) California Electronic Communications Privacy Act: To comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.). (6) Scientific or Statistical Research: To engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all applicable ethics and privacy laws, when deleting the information may render the research impossible or seriously impair its achievement, provided you previously provided informed consent. (7) Internal Use Expectations: To enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us. (8) Legal Obligations: To comply with a legal obligation imposed on us. (9) Internal and Lawful Uses: To make other internal and lawful uses of the information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Please note that these exceptions are designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect legitimate interests. The Agent will carefully evaluate each request and provide a response in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Sharing of personal information

The Agent does not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. The Agent may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with their business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. The Agent may use third-party service providers to help them operate their business and the Page or administer activities on their behalfs, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. The Agent may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Third-party websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Page that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. Data retention

The Agent keeps your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

The Agent will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

When the Agent has no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, they will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then they will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Information safety

The Agent aims to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

California residents specific rights

If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) the Agent disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the Contact form on the Agent's Page.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Page, you have the right to request the removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Page. To request the removal of such data, please contact the Agent using the Contact form on the Agent's Page, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. The Agent will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on their Page, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from their systems.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Agent has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When the Agent does so, they will revise the updated date at the top of this page. The Agent encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how they are helping to protect the personal information they collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Children under thirteen

The Agent does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Agent's Page.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using the Agent's Page, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use the Agent's Page. Your continued use of the Agent's Page following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
